Shipping & Warm Weather Policy 

I proudly use all-natural ingredients in my products. Due to the nature of these ingredients — particularly shea butter and candelilla wax  — my products may be sensitive to heat and can soften or melt during transit, especially in warmer weather. 

To reduce the risk of melting, I take proactive steps by shipping orders with insulated packaging and ice packs . While these measures significantly help, I cannot guarantee that melting will not occur during shipping. Please note that melting does not damage or ruin the product in any way. If your body butter arrives softened or melted, it remains just as effective, nourishing, and beneficial as intended. 

If melting occurs, place the product in a cool environment or refrigerate it until it solidifies. For customers who prefer the original whipped texture, the body butter can be remelted and re-whipped using a mixer to restore its fluffy consistency. 

To ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible, I ship Monday through Wednesday only for temperature-sensitive products. This schedule helps prevent packages from being held in postal warehouses over the weekend, where extended delays and temperature fluctuations are more likely to occur.
